Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after successful payment.

  • Remote locations: 9–20 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days

  • Customs delays may occur depending on the destination country.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly displayed on the store.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages
